How To Make Digital Wedding Invitations Stand Out in Guests' Inboxes

With digital wedding invitations, you can impress your guests from the minute your invitations land in their inboxes. When you send digital invitations with Modern Stamp you can be assured your wedding invitations will stand out. Here are our suggestions:


  • Host Name: Add your full name to your account and as the event host so guests recognize the sender name. Since some guests may know one person from the couple better than the other, we suggest that you include both names on your account.

  • Recipient Email Address: If you have the option to choose between a guest's personal or business email address, we recommend that you use the personal email address. Sometimes businesses have stricter email filters so when you use a personal email (like Gmail or Yahoo), this is less of an issue. Additionally, you have the option to send your digital invitations by text message.

  • Event Title: Make sure your Event Title is clear (e.g. "Melissa & Matt's Wedding") since the Event Title is included in the subject line and/or text message when your digital wedding invitations are sent to guests. You want the Event Title to be recognizable so guests are excited when they see it!

  • Track RSVPs: Check to see who has viewed the invitation in real time from our Manage Invitation page. This is where you can view your full guest list to see who has responded. You can also resend invitations to specific guests or follow up as needed.
