How to Send Your Guests a Message

Stay connected with your wedding guests and keep them informed about important details like transportation, parking, weather updates, and more! With our online invitations, you can easily send personalized messages or broadcast announcements to your entire guest list.


  1. To begin, access your Invitations Dashboard and click on the "Manage Invitation" button.

  1. Create a private conversation by navigating to the Messages tab. Follow the prompts to write a new message and chat directly with individual guests. You'll be notified via email when they reply, and conversations will also appear here.

  1. For broader announcements or updates, head over to the Announcements tab. Follow the prompts to broadcast your message to all guests or specific groups.

  1. Your messages will be delivered to guests via text or email, just like their invitations, ensuring seamless communication and keeping everyone in the loop leading up to your big day.
